BUNTS GET-TOGETHER - 2009

Buntara Sangha, Kuwait organized Bunts Get-Together 2009 on Friday 10 at Indian School, Khaitan. The programme started at 10:30 pm with the lighting of traditional lamp by Mr. Karunakar Shetty President, Mr. Chandrahas Shetty Vice President, Mr. Prakash K.Shetty Co-oridnator, Mr. Vivek Shetty Belman Co-ordinator, & all managing committee members followed by prayer by Baby Khushi P Shetty, Baby Gauri K Shetty and Baby Laxmi K Shetty.
 
After the welcome speech by president A Karunkara Shetty, various competitions like drawing, quiz and traditional dress for kids and adults were organized.  Delicious lunch with Bunts' traditional flavour was served to the members.

In the afternoon session, there was fancy dress competition for the kids, followed by cultural programme like dance by ladies group, kids and skits by the members. The Kambala skit was the special attraction of this year presented by members. The programme concluded at 4 pm after the prize distribution. The programme was wind-up after singing the National Anthem.

The programme was hosted by Divin Kumar Menda, while General secretary Gururaj Shetty delivered the vote of thanks.
