Buntara Sangha organized their
7th AGM
and ‘Shri MahaGanapathi Pooja’ on 4th January 2008 at Indian
Public School Auditorium. The program started with the prayer
of Master Prithvi Vivek Shetty followed by the lighting the
traditional lamp by the President Mr. Divin Kumar Menda Bajpe with
Vice President Mr. Karunakar Shetty Ajekala, Co-ordinators: Mr.
Prakash K.Shetty Bijantla & Mr. Vivek Shetty Belman, along with General
Secretary Mrs. Sanmathi D. Menda Bajpe, Treasurer Mr. MadhwaRaj Rai
Adyar, Welfare Secretary Mr. Kishor Shetty Borkatte, PRO Mr. Mahesh
Bhandary Mundabettu Guthu, & Cultural Secretary Mr.Kishor Shetty B,
& Sports Secretary Mr. Kishor Shetty BikarnaKatte were at the dias.
As a part of Welfare activities, BSK honored with
Merit Scholarship to Ms.Rashmi Chandrashekar Alva
scored Highest in Xth std, and Master Shobit Sudhakar Shetty Neere Highest in XII std,
along with this honored people were: Mr. Sandeep Shetty & Mrs.
Vijaya S. Shetty Padubidri, Mr. Manoj Shetty & Mrs. Smitha M. Shetty
Kinnigoli, Mr. Prashanth Shetty & Mrs. Prashanth Shetty, Mr.
Yashwant Shetty & Mrs. Yashwant Shetty, Mr. Swaroop Shetty & Mrs.
Dipti S. Shetty for without dowri marriages.
In the meantime, Mr. Loknath Shetty Kateel, & Mr.
Sudarshan Raju Shetty Gurupura were honored for their immense effort
in introducing highest bunts members to the Sangha.
The General Secretary and Treasurer presented their reports for the
year 2007.
