Buntara Sangha has honored one of the donors of the Sangha Mr. Harish Shetty Mangalpadi & family at Khyber Restaurant while bidding farewell to Kuwait. President of the Sangha Mr. Venkappa Shetty Surinje, and bunts well-wisher Mr. Sudhakar Shetty Aikala presented a Memento to Mr. Harish Shetty. Ms. Smith V. Shetty presented a bouquet of honor to Mrs. Monica Harish Shetty. Mr. Divin Kumar Menda Vice-President, Mr. Prakash K. Shetty & Mr. Vivec Belman Co-ordinators, General Secretary Mr. Rajesh Shetty Agari and all other Committee Members were present at this juncture.

This program was started with prayer by Mrs. Supreetha V. Shetty, followed by a brief introduction of Mr. Harish Shetty by General Secretary, speech of appreciation and gratitude by President, Bunts well-wisher, then Mr. Sudhakar Shetty Neere. A Welfare donation presented to the President by Mr. Harish Shetty, granted in commemoration of his mother, and the program concluded with vote of thanks by General Secretary.

III) The committee members of Buntara Sangha honored State Award Winner Shri. Sarvotham Shetty Abu Dhabi who was on visit to Kuwait, on 09th of October 2004 by presenting him with a memento.

IV) On the same day, one of the member of Buntara Sangha Kuwait Mr.Shanker Shetty Padukudur was honored for his immense support towards the Sangha and he was leaving the country for good. Committee members presented him a memento.

V) On an auspicious day of Buntotsava-04, a great Konkani Scholar, a poet, a State Award winner Mr. Lancy Pinto Nayak was honored by presenting him with the shawl and a memento from our Sangha for his immense support towards our Sangha and for his great help for the assistance in directing dramas “Bunts Culture“ & “Girgitt Giriyanne” which was a great success. He is one of the well wishers of our Sangha from the non-bunts group.
